Low-Dose PET Reconstruction with Diffusion Models

Reconstructing a full-dose medical scan from a twentieth of the radiation.

My master's thesis, still under active development: 2D denoising diffusion models that reconstruct anatomically faithful full-dose PET images from scans taken at 1/20 of the usual dose, benchmarked against discriminative baselines.

An open-source Python package that takes a photograph of a Sudoku, finds and rectifies the grid, reads the printed digits, solves the board with a backtracking search, and draws the solution back onto the original image.

An On-Device AI Therapist

A mental-health chatbot that reads how you feel and never sends it anywhere.

My two bachelor's theses, built as one system: a fine-grained sentiment and emotion recognition model, and a mobile chatbot that uses it to give tailored empathetic support — running entirely on the phone, with nothing leaving the device.
